Who we are

Guidance at the right moment can change a life.

CraftFuture Foundation is a Nigerian youth development organisation built on one conviction: discipline, purpose and self-leadership are the foundation of sustainable success.

Founded by Ese Golden, the organisation turns a personal experience of timely guidance into a structured, scalable intervention for young Nigerians.

“I want to become the guide I once needed; helping young people build character, clarity, and competence.”Ese Golden, Founder

The challenge

Knowledge alone does not prepare young people for adult life.

Across schools and universities, many students face peer pressure, limited direction, emotional immaturity and little structured character guidance. CraftFuture closes that gap with curriculum-led development designed to produce measurable change—not one-off motivational talks.

How it works

We handle the programme from start to impact report.

  1. 01

    Institution partnership

The school or university provides a venue and communicates the programme to students.

  2. 02

    Facilitated sessions

Students attend weekly 90-minute sessions led through the CraftFuture curriculum.

  3. 03

    Impact reporting

Partners receive structured reporting, visibility and evidence of programme outcomes.

Corporate partnerships

Turn CSR and ESG commitments into visible youth impact.

Corporate sponsors enable institutions to receive the programme at no financial cost. In return, sponsors receive branded visibility, impact data and co-branded content that demonstrates a direct investment in Nigeria's future.
